yeah. You can get a job right away even without an interview. Just need to have friends, connection yourself. Trying to get a job in competitive environment only get u so far. Networking is the only way. I've got all my jobs only through networking even as underqualified specialist with high entry barier area but since u an org user i feel like its not gonna happen.
