now im talking as if primal diet is perfect, js so u know
now we got looksmaxing, no matter what it is its js cope, a way to change ur looks cuz u werent getting sufficient nutrients while u were growing up, so ur recessed and/or assymetrical.
i mean thats all really lookswise for u, but not for ur son

No attraction is not magical, attraction has been selected for because people who were attracted to people who had good survivability (I.e., they had more reproductive success) passed down their genes and the genes that made them attracted to those people were also passed down.

So yes, 'attraction to health' is going to be selected for proportionally to how much health benefits you, but attraction to heritable traits like height, frame, bone structure, hair density, nose size, lip size, eye shape, etc. is also going to be selected for the same reason.

And so we know this because no matter what diet, the biologically distinct races (genetically far apart people) would always be different in all of the things I mentioned. If you are genetically very close already, then sure diet might equalize things. but yeah this is maybe half cope.

Primal diet is not cope when done between ages 0-12 because thats the best times to habitmax and where bones are easier to change but it starts becoming useless after 13
