Why rate the way we do?

What is the point of going in depth with rating to every miniscule detail. Nobody does that IRL. They look at you and instantly determine ugly, average, good, really good, really bad. Our ratings should go off instant thoughts that come to our head when we see them and should not be number based unless it's coming from a standardised one person. but it isn't. This way of rating gives better ratings as they are the same way of rating that happens when people see you that don't know PSL
