Why rejection is underestimated

I don't understand clowns who when you tell them that you can't get a girl or that you struggle because you can't find a relationship or that you have been rejected respond with something like "it's not all about girls" or "focus on yourself and do what makes you happy" or "you dodged a bullet" (when someone rejects you) or "you can be happy as a single person" or my favorite "stop simping"

But imagine this: you are the only person left in this world and there is not opportunity to ever find a woman again. Would you be depressed? Of course you would be, I don't care how independent you are.
This is exactly what it feels like to be rejected.
