Why sad at night

i know T peaks at morning and dips the lowest at night BUT STILL

Shouldnt be this significant 🙁

Idk maybe it's because in the morning you usually have something on your mind / a goal you are working on. But at night, when everything is done, it's just you and your thoughts.

Idk maybe it's because in the morning you usually have something on your mind / a goal you are working on. But at night, when everything is done, it's just you and your thoughts.
