Insurance in bad area of city = £3500 upto £7000

Shitty car = £500, Nice bike = £1k

Penalty for being caught = £300 fine and six points on license (Point system = not allowed to drive with 12 or more & 6 if new driver)

12.5% of motorists in the United Kingdom are not insured. Why should I pay insurance?
