why should u cut ur tounge tie?

freind told me i should but i see no benifit . only restriction i have is that when i open my mouth with my tounge against the roof of my mouth its much smaller when its at the bottom.

im gonna cut mine bc i think i mouthbreath during sleep,

my jaw relaxes and opens slightly, then my tongue falls off the roof bc of short tongue tie, then i end up choking on my own tongue

If you think ur mouth breathing why not use mouth tape?
