You can improve and manipulate. You know how people work and you can use that to your advantage. To be honest almost every succesfull person is either redpilled or blackpilled

How does it correlate with anything i just stated? to be succesfull you need to see other people not as people but products/expendables. Even people born rich get taught this to continue the company legacy, Redpilled/blackpilled mindset.
