overtraining your neck can make your jawline look worse. When the neck muscles get too tight, they pull down on the jaw and can cause your neck and jaw to merge together.

if I didn't have a poor hyoid position id be training for massive neck everyday

A lean aesthetic wide neck mogs, when it gets too thick it loses aesthetic appeal.
