If I were you I'd keep bulking until 70-75 and then start cutting to get lean mass.
I just started bulking up myself I'm 56 kg JFL I wanna do the same thing.

They don’t. At least 90% of them don’t “steal our high quality jobs”. They don’t go to high schools, there’s like 5 Bosnians in my high school at most, meanwhile there’s 60 % of Bosnians in a school next door where they give lower education, for lower tier jobs (cook, car mechanic, baker etc.).
