the rise in technology has led to rotting inside and kids not getting the vitamin D3. doesnt help that their diets consist of shitty soft food that offer zero nutrition and are high in sodium/carbs with no protein

people are lazy too. something simple like walking is seen as "exercise". there's also xenoestrogens, fat acceptance, "muscle shaming" .etc
