i noticed that in some of them the front hair doesnt look like the normal front hair idk how to Say it

Those people you see usually go to dogshit surgeons who take grafts with thick hairs and multiple hair strands and put it on the front making it look like a wig, good surgeons will put only grafts with 1-2 hairs that are thinner on the hairline.
