Before I start this thread I want to make it clear this is far from every short guy but out of all the guys who display unnecessary aggression in my experience short guys make up the absolute majority of this group.
Some short guys are by far a lot more aggressive, loud, noisy, annoying, and insufferable compared to average/tall guys. Throughout my time in school the ONLY guys who ever teased/antagonized me were short guys who were overly aggressive. The average height guys never bothered me, neither did the tall guys. Always the short dudes who had to go around and antagonize me and try to act like some roided movie gangster. My conclusion from this is that they are either OVERCOMPENSATING or feeling THREATENED, or a mix of both. It is quite obvious and somewhat known but it hasn't been fully verbally declared yet and I am here to do just that. It is identical to how guys with small dicks buy big cars, ugly guys try to earn lots of money, and men with no chins grow beards. This also reminds me of how the ugly girls in class had to scream and talk nonstop for a crumb of attention while the pretty girls were humble and not annoying. The short guys do it because they know they are getting mogged and try to even the playing field by trying to put you in your place. They either try to overcompensate for their lacking stature by displaying aggressive behaviour as a way to seem masculine or they do it because they see you as a threat and want you weakened so you cannot be a threat to them. I remember one time in lower grades two guys in my class were playing with action figures. I asked them if I could join and the average height guy did not deny me but the short guy straight up told me "you are too tall to play with us".
TL;DR: The only guys who antagonized me in my life were short guys. My assessment of why this is are two main possibilities, one for gaining respect with other men and one for gaining higher value with women:
1. This behaviour is either displayed to overcompensate for their lacking stature so they try to appear more masculine by being overly aggressive but instead they come off as extremely low IQ, this as a way to gain respect in groups of men.
2. The behaviour can also be displayed when they feel threatened in an attempt to get the "threat" to submit below them via verbal or physical intimidation/abuse, this as a way to put themselves at higher value for women.
Also, feel free to expand the thread by similar ways guys of different weaknesses try to overcompensate them.
