Why telling guys to get shredded/ripped before complaining about their face is stupid

Maintaining low body fat requires an insane amount of willpower to get to, and maintain (eating lots of vegetables, maintaing a low carb diet, and doing lots of cardio)

Sure you can look good doing this, and your bones might be a lot more visible, but what good is it when you have no energy to do other things/be productive (to moneymaxx) and just enjoy life

Whereas Chad at 20% bodyfat has visible cheekbones and lower jaw structure while helping himself to burgers and drinking 2 cans of coke daily with the occassional bit of exercise ie. he looks just as good as you facially while living a much more sustainable lifestyle (imagine trying to maintain a low carb diet into your 30s, 40s, 50s etc. when you have a family)

Therefore if you can't see your bones at a level of bodyfat that you believe you can maintain over the long-term through diet and exercise, you need to hardmaxx through surgery. and once you do put on a bit of body fat your partner might leave you because you werent the Chad she thought u were at 11% bodyfat

Coming from someone who saw his facial bones after a strict low carb diet and a consistent amount of cardio over a fair bit of time

i mean i guess but it is impossible to TRULY judge someone at 20-25% bf knowing that their entire face could change at 15 - 10 % (hollow cheeks, zygos, cheekbones, jawline, etc.)

Once you get lean, your main focus is maxxing your face.
Putting on muscle matters too, but make than your 2nd priority.

if you are lean and eat healthy, you will have more energy than when you were higher BF%. Being lean is much better for health and longevity. People these days are way higher BF% than they should be. And i am talking about being malnourished, that ofcourse would have negative effects on your health.

Coping because you couldn't handle your strict low carb diet

Find me a Chad that's 20% bodyfat. They're literally all fucking ripped at 12%

yeah exaggerated the 20% for effect. and seen fair few guys (with robust facial structure ofc) look very good at 15ish

but dont know any proper diets ie. one that can be sustained even while working a stressful office job and working 40-60 hour weeks while juggling family commitments into your 30s, 40s AND that would allow one to stay at 10-12% bodyfat without lots of exercise. unless you know otherwise

Is staying at 10-12% that hard?

yeah for me lol grew up on a high carb diet

i have but cant maintain it always (especially during exams/other stressful times). ethnic so eat what my parents feed me. dont have time to cook either cos of work + cbf learning

wondering what white ppl eat considering most of the times I had dinner at a white friends house they just ate steamed vegetables & a bit of pasta and other low carb shit like that so would be used to it im guessing

Have you tried whey protein?

yeah started supplementing it recently.

dont see how that would affect body fat tho. it would help in gaining muscle and increase the number of calories you burn at rest but pre sure that effect is marginal

My bad for coming off as aggressive. 15% is still low, it's the maximum bodyfat before you start looking bloated.

As for your diet I'd tell you something that I've heard works but I haven't tried it myself yet so I don't want to misinform

Shredded=/=Lean

shredded is bodybuilder stage ready veins and striations level body fat, literal starvation
Nobody in their sane mind recommends that here.
Lean is more like 10-14% bf and is extremely easy if your diet isn’t dogshit.
You have to be lean to be rated/given feedback otherwise there’s no point of your face is definitionless

If you actually look, you’ll see that 99.9% of chads are low bodyfat.

Exactly, besides you practically never see a chad at 20%+ bodyfat.

Imagine fat Jared Leto posting here, he'd be told to rope. The hidden potential is what is underneath, and like anything, to be considered appealing and beautiful, you need a great body too.

Losing weight can just be done by diet so doesn’t take away from other looksmaxing. Most “fuckboys” I see are skinny.

Yeah, he played Mark David Chapman in a movie.
It should be inspirational to anyone who is fat, just gotta workout and remove the chub.

imagine thinking you'll be 'tired' in the healthy range of 12-15% bodyfat as a male jfl

imagine thinking you HAVE To be low carb or even do anything special other than not binge, have a balanced diet, and exercise regularly to maintain a healthy physique

imagine not caring about longevity & discipline

imagine being this much of a coper

It’s not the low bf that’s hard to keep. It’s the low water retention that’s impossible to keep. No matter how lean there’s days your face will look puffy with water

tbh only realising now that the amount of carbs that I used to eat growing up was way too much

talked to a physio who said that (iirc) 12-14% is sustainable even into your 30s 40s so gonna aim for that

and yeah turns out what I considered to be low carb was more like moderate so will try and make this level of carb consumption my new normal

always thought that as long as you were maintaining sufficient fluid intake (drinking 2-3L of water a day) you should be okay

Sure, everyone has a different body fat percentage which they can maintain year round comfortably but that ranges from about 9-15 for people which is in the range of ideal bf percentage. You do not need to eat a low carb diet wtf are u saying. If you can’t maintain at least 15% bf year round you are doing it wrong. Literally you just have to hit your calorie goals and if you still feel hungry increase the VOLUME but not the calories
