Unfortunately it is the upper maxilla, which can't really be fixed with surgery. It can be slightly covered up or alleviated with implants and stuff but structurally it's a permanent problem. I have the same issue, it sucks.

Get trimax with infras implants, seems like you have an underbite. Then lean down too to 10% bf.

U mean firdt lean down and get clear skin . Cuz he got mad potential. He kinda looks like saafir before ascension but the white version

Yeah ur right everyone should be very lean before considering surgery since fat and soft tissue skew a lot of things but in his particular case it won't fix his underbite and set back jaw. He is going to become 10% or lower bf sooner than having enough money for trimax that's for sure, so doing that first won't hurt.

How can bimax projecting nasal base + inframalars + undereye fat grafts + rhino, not fix it?

In my opinion its mainly the upper nose bridge area that always remains curiously recessed even if you are to do all those things. Also, in my opinion, implants have a limit before they begin to look uncanny, and turning severe recession into actual good projection requires a combination of actual foundational bone movement + implants on top.

So it doesn't fix it, but it improves it a lot by masking it, you know what I mean? It's not true projection

Sure, osteotomies would provide an ideal base

I have noticed that for the undereye region that soft tissue matters considerably more
I think good bone shape that'll support fat pads (prevent sagging) + conservative anterior projection would provide desirable results
 
Not over bro. First step is softmaxxing - lose body fat, fix skincare routine, get a better haircut. Then consider mewing and chewing to strengthen jaw. For the maxilla recession, you'd need surgery (bimax or lefort) but that's expensive. Start with the basics first and see where you're at. You're young so you got time to improve naturally.
