Honestly most guys dont need to use steriods, the ideal body (lean and somewhat muscular) can easily be done without steriods. If you want to become legit big you could use steroids but it will be a looksmin tbh and hard to sustain once you go off cycle. Not sure about the health issues, I know its not healthy but most people exaggerate the actual effects.
