I can't get peace without these retards eyeing my every move. It's so annoying. Even shouting and yelling at them, does nothing. It doesn't wipe their stupid dumbass looking smiles off their face. I swear, it sends me into a fit of schizophrenic rage.

You might look unusual, if people also stare at you, or your phenotype in general gets people to stare, the dogs will also imitate their masters...
For example dogs will often bark at ethnics, bums, junkies, etc., because their masters don't like that kind of people, and even if they don't visibly show their hatred, the dog will quickly pick up the subtle body language and understand that his masters doesn't like those people and will start to randomly bark at them.
