Why tf do I get circles after jelqing and dickmaxxing

I dont fkn get it. After my 20min workout i have developed dark circles out of nowhere. Anyone have any explanations why the fuck? I wanna dickmaxx without this problem

Yes, it should be permanent.

Dose is in the paper. 50.000 IU D, i don't remember the K. Read the paper.
