I am very very unproductive and can't remember shit. Mood is always fluctuating, going from feeling like superman to feeling like a useless piece of shit. I have a new job and my boss is getting frustrated with me cuz I forget things so much. My grades are so low it looks like I'm gonna fail the semester jfl. I'm ordering a heavy metals test to see if I got mercury or some other toxin buildup this shit is out of hand.

If you go to therapy, you can get your bloodwork done to test for deficiencies and they can also prescribe you something that might help if you want to try that.

I get brain fog when I eat too much and when I'm not active. Cardio rises my IQ.

Fucked up sleep schedule
Not leaving the house

Fix those and of you still feel like shit. Get a blood test and see if you labe low T. Your description sounds dangerously close to someone witj low T.

If you go to therapy, you can get your bloodwork done to test for deficiencies and they can also prescribe you something that might help if you want to try that.
I take so many nutritional supplements there's no way I have a deficiency. The only possibility is low zinc from fapping and sex but I already supplement with it daily.

One thing I know for sure is that after ejaculation (masturbation or sex) I get very unmotivated to do anything for an hour afterwards. I'll still wanna fuck sometimes I'll get hard 10 mins later and go round 2 etc but it makes it even worse, the more I cum the more brain fog basically. But even when I don't ejaculate something feels wrong with my ability to reason, plan, relax etc.

Eventually it feels like masturbation. I'm not just making this up, sex used to always give me a crazy boost in energy and motivation but now it only does that ~10-20% of the time, usually I wanna sleep and do nothing afterwards

Well I dont know your sotuation but in my experience it seems that brain fog mainly comes from 3 things, caffeine, diet, and sleep. Caffeine and sleep are basically the same thing, if you feel tired, of course that can increase brain fog. If you dont get enough sleep of if you do but you are dependent on caffeine that can always make it worse. With your diet it is never good to eat things with lots of carbs, or drink anything with lots of carbs like juice or soda, because it causes a spike and then a drop in your blood sugar, and that drop causes brain fog. I guess in general being healthy, not rotting and eating well is enough to solve most peoples brain fog

Yes I lift 1-2x a week and cardio 1-2x a week. Should be doing more tbh

There's really no way to tell except a blood test (or multiple tests on different days of the week) and estradiol tests cost too much money for me
