Ive took it for like three separate nights, 2 10mg gummies(i cant take pills). But they dont knock me out the way yall advertise them to be. Sure I get a lil more dreaming time but thats it. Still the same 6-8 hours. They have no additional effect if youre already sleeping within the right hours. Its bullshit. 100% placebo.
