why the back of maxilla makes pop sound?

well when i do a thumbpulling pressing my palate forward(yea idgaf if u say it’s cope)the back part zone of maxilla somehow makes pop sound like when u cracking ur knuckles,is it dangerous? should i stop? i push gently without THAT much pressure,i don’t feel any pain doing it

its probably just the sound of soft tissue then u should be find aslong as there is no pain but also if ur not thumbpulling for 5mins a hour u wont see significant results
