I probably did gain 2-3% body fat, but still is same/lower than it was on the first pic


On the other hand, my first pic I didnt fraud height, now im 3 inches taller.
And I was basically untrained since that was after injury

now my bidelt is almost 22 inches




Considering I improved every single thing its possible to improve how come I get much less looks in public
