Not only that, but CSIS (the #1 IR/defense think tank in the world) recently conducted something like 100+ china/us war simulations, of which the us lost 100%.

I think the fundamental reason the East is more successful has to do with its people being biologically more K-selected than r-selected. It's the root cause. Asians aren't chasing sex all day. They don't have the sex drive and value intimate relationships more, it's their biology that repels them from hook-up culture. It's the opposite of r-selected blacks in the US, who put only a small investment of resources into each offspring but produces many such low effort babies.

You're missing my point. China can rant all it wants about "muh superpower". Fact of the matter is, without a military occupation this means nothing. Even with all the bullshit currently going on in the world, there is actually nothing stopping the rest of the world from just saying "fuck you" to China and going their own way. China can't actually do anything if this happens. There might be economic and social chaos for a while, depressions even. But in the end, china cannot control the world without military means. Period. We are already past the point in time in which a great power can attempt world domination. That era is gone. The only way this could happen now, is if pre-existing powers got together and agreed to form some kind of one world government.
