Is it a sharp stabbing pain that you can point to with one finger or is it a deep twinge/squeeze that comes suddenly in the entire center of the chest (like an extra heart beat deep within the chest that is painful or feels hard)? Do you notice your heart fluttering or beating in an irregular rythm?

It's a dull stabbing pain on the left that lasts few seconds accompanied by chest tightness in the middle as well
I get heart palpitations all the time which is why I take propranolol prescribed by doc which curbs it, every time I skip a dose my symptoms return and I feel weird

Oh and I feel the sensation on the left when I inhale hard
