Why the fuck are there always videos in a indian language but with a english title

I want to look a tutorial up and see a video, it has a english title so I just assume it is in english.

But then, the video is in Hindi or some other Indian language, what the fuck is this.

Can't they write the title also in HIndi, annoying af.

Just a trick to get more views, if I search for an educational/tutorial/how-to video and see an Indian talking in it, I immediately close it, even if the whole thing might be in English, I've been tricked too many times.
Just downvote and report the clips and maybe one day youtube will do something about this if more people will complain.

It's because Indians use Hin-glish as a day-to-day language. They mix Hindi and English. Online they use English. even to write Hindi. they write it in English. India doesn't have its own internet. it shares the American/European internet.

it'd be great if India has its own internet (youtube, google, Instagram, etc) so that all Indians gone from the main internet which is the American one. because India is just making America more richer by using their shit since literally every platform has majority Indian users. as the Indian middle class grows - more money for the west.
