its like the 4th day in row, my face is fucking puffy and my eye area has disgusting dark circles

i literally get tired as fuck all day, cant wait to sleep, do a long workout everyday and as soon as i get to my bed i cant fucking fall asleep, and even after i do fall asleep, i wake up fucking 10 times throughout the night.
is drinking a protein shake in the evening messes with my digestion or some shit?

can i take a benzo and have good quality sleep tbh? tho i noticed when im on benzos even a shit ton of sleep leaves me tired

Same man. Struggle a lot to fall asleep, so I lay around in bed for hours before I fall asleep in the morning and wake up groggy at a late time. Is it only sleep for you? For me it is also that I struggle with eating and really low libido and stuff these last days or week
 
Don’t take the full pill take half if it leaves u tired the next day
 
 
dont eat three-four hours before bed

dont look at blue light emitting electronics a few hours before you want to go to sleep

try to get natural light in your eyes in the morning/evening to synchronize your circadian rhythm with the light cycle
dont close the curtains in your bedreem if you have a window so you get natural light in the room to wake you up in the morning

dont be laying in bed on your phone/lapop/etc, use your bed for sleeping/resting and nothing else

try taking glycine/melatonin before bed

dont take sleeping pills benzos, they dont actually increase sleep duration and most of them interrupt REM sleep which reduces the restfulness of the sleep

if youre on the computer or staring at a screen all day consider reducing your screen time or using blue blocker sun glasses/blue blocker apps

good sleep is a MASSIVE looksmax and healthmax so dont ignore this shit if it persists

go to bed at the same time everyday, preferably before 12. meditate before bed, then read and u should get very sleepy. try camomile tea and only used ur bed for sleeping. Also avoid all blue light 2 hours before sleep!

its possible melatonin is a cope, ive never used it just heard good things from irl people
ive used glycine though and its definitely made me sleep deeper, plus it tastes good and gives you crazy vivid dreams
