Why the fuck did the semaglutide wear off already

I literally took 1mg Sunday and felt like shit all of Sunday, yesterday, and today up until now it’s like that feeling right before you throw up but it’s constant.

It’s finally slightly wearing off but I can feel the hunger come back I thought this shit was stronger and I’d be able to do like a 2 week water fast then be lean and eat normal again
