i had a tooth borne expander when i was 13 and braces but didn’t turn my expander consistently so my teeth are straight but my palate is narrow i have a ortho appointment lined up to talk about my situation and we’re expecting my cbct scan results to be sent over soon but yes my maxilla is recessed i don’t know how severe but ik it is
