Why the fuck do I move so much in my sleep

I have no clue why I do this shit each and everytime I sleep, and the more I try to sleep on my back the more the bed gets completely fucked as I'm up, does this happen to u?, how do u fix this shit?

for me i used to move a ton unknowingly in my sleep when i had an uncomfortable bed. respectfully your bed looks like it was designed by medieval torture enthusiasts

also when i got a matress which i sink into more i barely moved in my sleep so try improving your sleeping conditions by getting a better mattress, pillow, general environment
