Women have thinner necks and flatter brow ridge giving that ante face look where lower part of face significantly protrudes farther. Men have orthognathic profile where brow ridge, tip of the teeths and chin aligns in a straight line

1) Men have more forward growth but masculine men seem to have flatter profiles , ( not considered recessed) concavity due to higher browridge and chin projection+ thin lips+ straight philtrum
2) women on the other hand have slightly recessed chins and thinner necks with thick lips and no browridge
