Why the fuck doors my hair look like this and how do I fix it?

People have said my hair looks dead, by the way I am doing no shampoo and rarely put products or things of that sort in, but it looks just straight dry. I don’t know what’s causing it, my goal hair is that textured fringe wavy kinda hairstyle which I have but my shit just looks off, what’s going on? I feel no shampoo should be doing the exact opposite of this, but I will say I am due for a haircut so maybe that is a reason?

Usually I just towel dry it, quite roughly, i will try and experiment with doing it gently

will damage hair
no shampoo is cope though, greasy hair could actually cause this type of look
just do conditioner once in a while if ur afraid of shampoo "removing muh natural oils"

go without shampoo for a month and then use shampoo once a week

pat down your hair and scrunch but imagine if your hair was glass, be very careful with it and leave it at 15% wetness
