Pirating has become non-existent for no reason. Literally think about it.
If you do not live in some shithole country that borders Ukraine, It's probable that the people you know are signed up to like 2+ different streaming services trying to stream different shit that's streamed on diff platforms.. muh muh... same goes for video games... and the prices of these platforms just keep going up.
like ever since disney+ stepped into the game and stole everything related to them in any way shape or form on netflix, netflix pumped their prices by like 3 dollars, think about it- IT'S LITERALLY LIKE A 15% INCREASE IN A YEAR OF A FUCKING STREAMING SERVICE.
The prices keep going up, and nothing is even available anymore. You have to use some SHITTY VPN to connect to a lithuania server to stream some shit show that you just wanted to try out.

I'M DONE BEING A SLAVE OF STREAMING SERVICES. I'm done paying for 100 dollars for adobe, i'm done with all of this, I'm just gonna pirate anything and I don't even need a vpn for pirating because my country does not care about me pirating it.

it hasn’t gotten bad enough (in first world nations) to the point where a large portion of the general public finds it more convenient over subscriptions, so there’s not much incentive (yet). i believe in the coming decade that changes as more and more corpo-ranchers shoot themselves in the foot.

I rather wait a few minutes and just buy a 2tb nvme and store my shit there. When I'm done watching I'll just delete it. It'll be financially better instead of spending 20 dollars monthly on some shit streaming platform.

the average 2tb nvme costs like like 200$. And a lot of people already have a computer for personal use. You'll be spending more money in the long run and you'll solve the problem of needing a vpn for watching shows that are unavailable in your country
