Why the fuck is every1 so tall

In this generation, most people eat, drink, and sleep like fucking shit yet many of them grow optimally. I can't put my finger on it SO MANY PPL with short(er) parents have extremely suboptimal lifestyle choices yet they height and framemog. It not even anectdotal atp. Where I'm from, I'm 3 inches taller than the mean male height but apparently between my father and my generation it increased by fucking 5 inches. I don't feel tall whatsoever in most instances. It's this generation in particular (15-20 y/o), when I look at the highschool graduates of say 10 years ago the get broootaly heightmogged by current fucking high schoolers. It is safe to assume that they were (on average) healthier and should have grown more optimally.

I have a theory that our bodies have began to adapt to the fucking shit they got put through and some people weren't lucky enough to adapt as fast.

I’m your height aswell. Legit 5’11 barefoot. It’s definitely annoying as fuck when you are taller than some and then get brutally heightmogged.
