Im around 13 percent bf and im usually very debloated, i recnelty js started my lean bulk and my bloating wasn't bad for the first 1 week and this week its been bad, i maintain a 2:1 ratio in potassium and drink close to a gallon of water a day, i also do 10 steps a day and incline cardio for 30 minutes, the only reason why i might be bloated is because I started taking magnesium glyciante right before bed (mistake) I didn't know i was supposed to take it 2 hours before, i also js started bone smashing my zygos aswell which may play a part. Please let me know what you think and how to fix it, thanks!
