Why the fuck is my neck so long

It genuinely is so ugly and it fucks with my posture aswell, my neck alone is about 6 inches from my collarbone to my chin.

Any fixes, should I do neck curls and such?

tbh youre just kinda skinny bro if you added mass to ur traps, neck, and rest of youre frame to be fair it wouldn't look nearly as long or out of place to you
