why the fuck is my nose sweating

revamped my routine (works amazingly) a week ago or so:
adapelene+benzoyl peroxide in the evenings
isotret + some other shit internally (did this before the revamp)
azelaic acid 12% in the mornings along with a strong barrier repair cream morning and evening

NONE of these ingredients contain anything that would make the pores on my nose leak water similar to how hydrocortisone does.
am i retarded? did azelaic acid get a new update or something? smb let me know pls.


ps. topical tretinoin didnt do this to my nose and adapelene is supposed to be gentler/weaker, might be misinformed though.

Doubt it is (mainly) because of the new routine, most probably due to some external factors then this.

national holiday + school holiday combined lead to me rotting for a period of time, back to school tuesday tho

it has to be from the routine, theres nothing else it could be from.
