It does work by a little bit(my LWTN ratio is horror) there are other methods such as MARPE but I already have an 8 teeth smile so the dentist won't give me it, maybe in future I'll do DIY MARPE with lidocaine and other numbing agents and a drill

And there's lip wideners which are just plastic devices for like $0.80 on amazon I'll get them soon, but they have to be used for a long time
