Why the hell are people always staring at me?

I have this happen to me quite often when I go out and I don't know what to make of it. Once in a blue moon i'll go clubbing/raving alone (no friend groups and have since given up on trying to make new ones) and will usually mind my own business. When the music becomes too overbearing I step out into the smoking area to doomscroll on my phone. Every time I look up to glance around at all the normies congregating around me there's always some motherfucker staring at me, it makes me extremely uncomfortable. I have no idea why this shit happens to me. Does this happen to anyone else when they leave the house and touch grass?
