Why the hell did I look so fake here? Bloat is looksmaxxing hack?

This was me after my first gigabloat meal after 2 minths of aggessive cutting. And the bloat was interesting it made my akin clearer and almost ai generated wtf just happened here. Have i unlocked some new looksmaxxing technique?
