I swear my skin knows when I’ve got something big coming up. Every time I have a date or anything important, I wake up with a giant red pimple right on my nose. Not a small one either. Always some deep, inflamed, painful mess that I can’t even pop.
Today I had a date with the girl I’ve been seeing. It actually went great. We spent hours together, held hands, kissed, exchanged gifts. But yeah, I had that damn pimple on my nose the whole time. Used some concealer, which helped a bit, but I know it still showed.
She didn’t care at all. Told me I looked really handsome when she got home. But still, why always the nose? Why not somewhere less obvious? It’s like my face is trying to sabotage me right before every big moment.
