Why the hell does my stomach still hang like this? Excess skin, too high body fat, or just no abs?

I’ve dropped around 88 lb over the last few years, but yeah — with a bunch of on-off diets.

Spent about 2 years in the gym and barely trained abs (my fault).

Now I’m doing hard combat sports 3× a week.

Stats:

  • M, 20
  • 170 lb (used to be ~265 lb)

First pic = before,

second pic = now.

So what’s the deal here?

Is my stomach hanging because of the big weight loss?

Is my body fat still too damn high?

Are my abs just nonexistent?

Should I keep cutting or what?

And what’s my rough body fat %, in your brutally honest opinion?

Also curious if anyone has experience with supplements, peptides, or roids, to get this away im right now on
2mg reta planning to do a Test e Cycle for 12-15 Weeks
Will pin GHK-CU in 2 weeks for 1 year

I will do anything to get this away

Basically i was an SUBHUMAN thank god i found the BP and ascended to htn but i just cant take my shirt off at the beach might ROPE if i cant get this away

Looks like you've had a period of time where you dropped more weight quicker at first glance

Why so many fatcels coming here? Is this the result of Clav's videos

You have loose skin, you have abs you just can't seem them because of the skin, body fat is good don't worry about that.
Your BEST and FASTEST solution is surgery.

Loose skin because you lost a shit ton of weight in a relatively quick timeframe. Only things that would help are surgery and getting more muscle mass so that the skin has something to cover. Realistically tho, surgery is the only solution.

you need time, do the test cycle, put on muscle, do more cycles while taking every possible measure to mitigate side effects, the skin should pull back a bit on its own over time plus the muscle will tighten it, do a lot of legs, glutes, lower back and abs, come back in a year or two its gonna be way better and only then can you decide to get surgery
