why the hell does tiktok shadow ban you if you delete one video

i deleted a video that i posted in the morning bc i thought it wouldn’t get that many views that early so i waited until people left school then i posted it at around 4 pm and it’s stuck at like 400 views rn

does anybody know why tiktok does this bc this happened to me a long time ago too but i didn’t care now i kinda do cuz im tiktokmaxxing
