I know a guy who graduated college and stayed unemployed for two full years going nothing. It wasn’t because they were lazy or undisciplined. he were simply stuck in a brutal mental state. Depression that turned every rejection into proof he was worthless but espite all this he succeeded and got his first job at 25.
One of my classmates stopped replying to friends and ghosted the world for nearly a year, barely left his room but seemingly out of nowhere suddenly decided enough was enough and changed his life trajectory almost overnight.
I am not making any of this shit up but I also believe that this is not something that can be taken as motivationfuel. On the face value it may seem that way but it is not something most people can do. These people are simply built different.
The difference is not talent, luck, or connections. Most people break under that weight. People like this that can keep grinding, that keep getting back up despite what you throw at them are a different breed entirely, rejections and distress almost fuels then to unleash their potential. Most people's mind will disintegrate under the weight. They have fundamentally different brain wiring to people like you and me.
