Why is the bolded addition put in the site’s rules? It wasn’t there before. What’s the reason the admins decided to create it for?

Are we not allowed to encourage slayer lifestyles? Top-tier males have thousands of sex partners. In 1991, the late NBA player Wilt Chamberlain claimed that he slept with 20,000 women in his life.
