Privatisation of this website means the rate of inflow of members will be lower then the rate of outflow (deleting/leaving) of members. In a long run, this site will become inactive and thereof die.

I agree that the BOTB section should only be visible to members with a certain amount of post but the privatisation of this website is just a ridiculous idea.

They should just private the actual surgery or looksmaxxing and financial help sections and keep the offtopic and other non maxxing forums public. This will 1. help give the users a extra layer of protection and 2. act as a filter for people trying to spam for privilege's.

Most of your points are too carnal. Theres media prop that pin certain topics of discussion to platforms that plate those discussions- as being incel and dangerous. This is why it should go private. Theres sold out females making videos about looksmaxxing (even though they do it everyday) and pinning the dangers to this forum, as well as news articles hiring or encouraging wild personas like that 'bonesmashing guy" and pinning it on this forum as well

Deeper than surgery, its about free speech aka anti propaganda platforms. You can expose stuff on tiktok, but the efficacy of its UI is terrible when it comes to actual information. And those platforms are highly censored from its commenting filter, to its exposure AI. Plus, these are major platforms probably all in competition with this forum. More the reason to make sure infiltrators dont try to sabotage the content or misrepresent.
