It all depends on the options you make. Keeping in shape, staying active is always the right approach. But it also brings responsibility and making the right choices. But sometimes, keeping a fit body can go to your head and lead to your finale.

When I was 15-16, I worked out a lot. I was buddies with a football player. Let's call him Roy. After graduation, we went our separate ways. We weren't besties, so there was no need to stay in touch. He had plans of going to college and milking his sports talent.

Long story short, he was murdered by a crackhead trying to rob the joint a year later. Ironically, I knew the other guy too. He did as well. We all went to the same school. I later got inside information about what really happened. Roy recognized the robber. He mouthed off to him. Ugh, that fucking arrogance. He threatened him, knowing he had a gun in his hand, "I know who you are! After you leave, I'm calling the cops and sending them to your home!" Shaking my head. Fucking arrogance got him killed.

Obviously, he made the wrong choice.
