Why there are no lateral orbital rims implants results on the web?

The Eppley's website clearly says that he also does lateral orbital rims, but on the internet there are 0 results of this surgery.

I have beta eye area and in the 2020 I'm going to to Eppley to do custom glabellar implant+infraorbital rims and maybe even lateral orbital rims implant

Legit. You cant augment just the lateral rims. Youd also need supraorbital and zygo arch implants

lateral orbitals are so important for that flanged look but it can look very unnatural, not worth doing implants there
