yea again friends and family will make or break relationship chances and relationships in general. I didn't get my first girlfriend until I was 17 and got done going through a huge growth spurt.

you don't want to come off as too aggressive where they start becoming hesitant to be around you. although I don't think 14 years old is the most stable age for a relationship but I guess it depends on the personality. also 14 years olds are still developing physically and mentally.
