Aren't Turkish rhinoplasty surgeons the 2nd best after a couple of black pill surgeons in the west?

Because we are getting brainwashed into thinking that, they are the best rhinoplasty surgeons worldwide, but because of them 1st world surgeons lose a lot of money.

I see a few people say negative things but I see a lot of people say positive things too. I’d say Turkey is great, probably better than the US as they’re more blackpilled; as long as you go to one of the more established surgeons and not some random guy for under $4000 or so. A lot of surgeons in the US will want to make very minimal change especially for a male patient
