No it isn't infact when you go and look into the hadith where it says the Prophet muhhamad s.a.w married a 6 year old when you look into the calender system or the Islamic one now it would 16 years old.
People who were against muhhamad never mentioned about so its clear hes just cherry picking to hate on a group of people based on there ethinicy and race.
2.) "Islam allows incest"
One of the restarted aguement since there's a verse saying dont marry your siblings or your mothers and dont have sex with them"
Surah An-Nisa (4:22-23):
This passage lists specific relatives with whom marriage is forbidden, including mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, nieces, and mothers-in-law.
3.) Why he actaully hates Islam
He hates Islam due to his insecurity and funnily enough the man assuming our religion is based on incest and other stupid claims has a incest pfp which says alot about his character.
